How this site handles your data
Numera runs numeraksa.com. This page says what the site records when you visit, where it is kept and for how long, and how to ask us about it.

What the site records when you visit
We use PostHog to see how the site is used. It records:
- the pages you visit, your clicks and how far you scroll;
- a replay of your visit, with everything you type into a field hidden;
- your device type, browser and screen size;
- the site or AI assistant you came from;
- an approximate location (country and city), worked out from your IP address. PostHog does not store the IP address. It uses it for the location and removes it before storing the visit.
We do not record your name, and the site has no accounts.
Where it is kept and for how long
- PostHog keeps this data in the European Union. On our plan it keeps visit data for up to 1 year and replays for 1 month.
- While you browse, PostHog keeps a small record in your browser tab's session storage. The browser clears it when you close the tab.
- The site sets no cookies.
Other tools on the site
- Umami, which Numera runs itself on Railway, is reached through numeraksa.com/stats. It counts visits without cookies.
- Cloudflare serves the site. It sees visitors' IP addresses and sets no cookies here.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) delivers the fonts, and cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) delivers an animation library. To deliver these files they receive your IP address and browser details. They set no cookies.
When you contact us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we use your number or address and your messages to answer you. We keep them in our customer records (Zoho CRM), which Zoho keeps on its servers in the United States. We never sell them, and we delete them when you ask.
A WhatsApp message that starts with one of the site's button sentences is linked to the visit that sent it (the pages seen and the replay), so we know which pages bring enquiries. Messages also stay in the WhatsApp or email account they came through.
Your requests
