About Numera
Who is Numera for?
Numera is the finance team for growing companies in Saudi Arabia: books, controls and decision support, run by senior partners with AI, on one monthly plan. Small business plans suit small businesses of every size, from a single location to several branches. Finance team plans suit companies with several systems or teams, and investor-backed or automation-heavy companies.
Where does Numera work?
Numera is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and works with companies in Saudi Arabia, including groups that also have companies in the UAE.
Does Numera work in Arabic and English?
Yes, we work in both Arabic and English. Reports and meetings in Arabic or English, as you prefer.
Plans and prices
How much does Numera cost?
Small business plans cost SAR 990 to SAR 3,900 a month, and finance team plans start from SAR 6,000 a month. Control starts from SAR 6,000 and CFO from SAR 12,000, and we set the scope with you on a free review call. Every price is before VAT, and the only one-time charge is SAR 500 to set up your system.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Every price is before VAT. VAT is added only where the law requires it.
Are there any other fees?
Each plan is one monthly fee, and the only one-time charge is SAR 500 to set up your system. Year-end statements, the records for your VAT and Zakat returns and catching up earlier months (up to 300 documents) are inside the plan. We do not bill by the hour.
What counts as a transaction?
A transaction is one line on a bank or card statement, one sales invoice or one supplier bill.
What happens if I go above my plan's limit?
If you stay above the limit for a full quarter, the next plan applies from the next quarter. We agree the change with you in writing first.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan at the start of any month, with one month's notice.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. The minimum term is 3 months. It is 6 months when you ask us to catch up earlier months.
How many employees does payroll cover?
Payroll and GOSI records are included for up to 2 employees in Starter, up to 5 in Growth and up to 10 in Plus.
How is the finance team fee set?
The prices start at the figures shown. The scope depends on your systems and teams, so we set it with you on a free review call. The fee is fixed for the first 3 months, then reviewed against the actual workload.
VAT, Zakat and your books
What does Numera do for my VAT and Zakat returns?
Your books are kept up to date every month, and the records and schedules for your VAT returns, Zakat and year-end statements are ready on time. The licensed tax advisers and audit firms we work with review, sign and file them, so the full cycle runs through one point of contact.
Does Numera audit my company?
No. Where the law requires an audit, a licensed audit firm carries it out. Numera prepares the records and schedules behind your year-end statements and the file your auditor needs, and they are ready on time. The company appoints a licensed tax adviser and, where the law requires one, a licensed audit firm. We work with a network of both in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and prepare the records they need, so management has one point of contact for the whole cycle.
Which accounting software does Numera work with?
Numera works with Zoho, Qoyod or any bookkeeping system you prefer. We set up your accounting software and your ZATCA e-invoicing during onboarding.

How do I get started with Numera?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@numeraksa.com to arrange a first meeting. We meet to understand the business, its systems and what management needs from its numbers. We review the books, systems and reports, and send a short note of what we find. We send the scope of work, the team and the plan for the first three months.
Can I move my books to Numera from my current provider?
Yes, you can move your books to Numera from your current provider. It starts with a first meeting. We review the books, systems and reports, and send a short note of what we find. Then we send a proposal. Setting up your system costs SAR 500 once, and catching up earlier months (up to 300 documents) is inside your plan.
Can you catch up my earlier months?
Yes, inside your plan, for up to 300 documents. If you have more, we agree how to handle them with you in writing first. Catching up comes with the 6-month minimum term.
